Responsibility
- Promote and sell Shariah-compliant Takaful insurance products to individuals and businesses in Bali and nationwide.
- Generate and follow up on leads from BSNâs customer database, bank staff referrals, and personal networks.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable Takaful plans (e.g., family, health, or motor Takaful).
- Educate clients on the principles of Takaful, including risk-sharing, tabarruâ (charitable contribution), and ethical investment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with BSN branches and digital platforms to expand market reach.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product updates, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation for policy issuance and claims processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Islamic Studies, or related fields.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or sales is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding of or willingness to learn Islamic finance principles and Takaful concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, mobile apps) for lead management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
