Responsibility
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the branch’s loan and deposit portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs, corporate clients, and individual customers to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including cash management, customer transactions, and staff scheduling.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to introduce innovative financial products and services.
- Represent the branch in community events, networking opportunities, and industry forums to enhance BOF, Inc.’s brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and portfolio management within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
