Responsibility
- Execute and manage pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Oversee the quotation process, from request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate sampling activities, including logistics, tracking, and follow-up with customers and internal teams.
- Set up and maintain marketing systems and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to support marketing campaigns and customer initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market data to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and promotional strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal departments.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and pricing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with global teams and customers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
