Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital growth strategies to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting digital assets and messaging.
- Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and forecast growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking.

- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
