Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Support the coordination of marketing events, webinars, and product launches, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Manage customer inquiries and engagement on digital channels, fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website and CRM systems with accurate information.
Qualifications
