Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specialty chemical products in the beauty/personal care segment.
- Lead product positioning, branding, and messaging to differentiate offerings in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to identify market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and industry events.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted B2B marketing initiatives and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Oversee budget planning and ROI analysis for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective spend.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the chemical, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies for technical or specialty products.
- Strong understanding of chemical formulations, regulatory compliance, and industry trends in beauty/personal care.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy for technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or travel as needed for business purposes.
