Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and manage servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior team members.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical system outages outside business hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall configurations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA) are advantageous.
