Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Infor Financials & Supply Management (FINSCM) modules.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to optimize financial and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Infor FINSCM with other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Infor product updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with Infor Financials & Supply Management (FINSCM).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Infor solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Experience with supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications in Infor FINSCM or related technologies are a plus.
