Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on integrated systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor system health, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent disruptions.
- Provide operational support for multi-site systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy system updates, patches, and upgrades in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies for system integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and junior staff on system operations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system maintenance, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of integrated systems, network configurations, and server management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and performing system diagnostics.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
