Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for IT networking (wired/wireless) and CCTV/surveillance systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and access control systems for clients across various industries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to IT and security systems.
- Perform system diagnostics, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and recommend tailored IT and CCTV solutions.
- Document all technical interventions, service reports, and system configurations for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT networking, cybersecurity, and surveillance technologies.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively operate and manage their systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or CCTV/surveillance system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, IP cameras, NVRs, and video management software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Linux servers, network devices, and security systems.
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCTV-specific training are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for on-site support.
