Responsibility
- Conduct thorough acceptance testing of telecom systems to ensure compliance with technical and functional requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment.
- Document test results, defects, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates in telecom systems.
- Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in telecom acceptance testing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in acceptance testing, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols, networks, and systems (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G).
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
