Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements for AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for data scientists and engineers.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance business operations.
- Monitor and assess the performance of implemented AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to drive user adoption of AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to propose innovative business applications.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate AI project progress and impact to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Certifications in AI, business analysis (e.g., CBAP), or related fields are a plus.
