Responsibility
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using modern scripting languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Design and implement APIs, microservices, or other backend components as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure software security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with expertise in script programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month contract with potential for extension.
