Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and system functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Develop comprehensive process diagrams, including UML, BPMN, and flowcharts to visualize system architecture and data flows.
- Serve as the primary liaison between non-technical stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct thorough system analysis and gap analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring clarity, traceability, and version control of all functional requirements.
- Support the QA team in defining test scenarios and validating that developed solutions meet the defined business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Enterprise Architect) for UML and BPMN diagramming.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
