Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications to support daily company operations.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform regular troubleshooting, debugging, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain database integrity and develop secure APIs for seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with department heads to document workflows and improve existing software functionalities.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff on new system features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in application development or software programming (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if possessing a strong portfolio).
- Proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in Kabupaten Tegal.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are a plus.
