Responsibility
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing scripts and manual test suites.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing, including regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights on testability and quality risks during sprint planning.
- Monitor production stability and analyze user feedback to prioritize quality improvements.
- Report directly to stakeholders on release readiness and project quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Proven expertise in building and executing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management for data-driven testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and bug prevention.
