Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of HRIS support specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the People Systems support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HRIS operations.

Qualifications
