Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Vertex AI, Databricks, and other cutting-edge tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data processing.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reproducibility, versioning, and deployment efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovative approaches to enhance business outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and big data tools (Databricks, Spark).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
