Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for financial applications used by the Finance Strategic Insights Group.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of financial applications.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to identify and resolve application-related issues.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new financial applications and updates.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in financial applications and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support, preferably in a financial or insurance environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial applications and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or support methodologies are advantageous.
