Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain and update IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly documented and functional
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus
