As the Enterprise Systems & IT Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and optimization. Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including Lark and Weaver OA.
- Develop and execute automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of enterprise systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing enterprise systems, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Lark, Weaver OA, and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Certifications in IT management or enterprise systems (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
