In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our SaaS applications, internal systems, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across our educational platforms. Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust integration recipes in Workato to connect SaaS applications, internal systems, and APIs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose scalable solutions
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging for all integration processes
- Document integration processes, APIs, and system architectures
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with Workato features and integration best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integration development, preferably with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier)
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services
- Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, JWT)
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
