Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern .NET applications with a focus on Blazor.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET and web development technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in Blazor.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
