Responsibility
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Wintel and virtualization environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of IT systems.
- Document technical processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting Wintel and virtualization environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V.
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
