Responsibility
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase product capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and AI infrastructure.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and storage solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of private cloud, HCI, and AI infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical support, consulting, or sales engineering.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
