Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain workflows.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed to maintain service quality.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
