Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of gCLS Build programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with senior cross-functional leads, vendors, and internal teams to drive consensus and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks and escalating issues to leadership as needed.
- Define and track KPIs, milestones, and budgets to measure program success and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to integrate technical and operational requirements.
- Implement agile and lean methodologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on program status, risks, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and resilience in Google’s supply chain ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain program management, preferably in tech or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with global impact.
- Strong expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification a plus).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and tools like SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
- Experience with cloud logistics, procurement, or vendor management in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
