Responsibility
- Execute purchasing activities in alignment with approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
