Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, logistics, or operations within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
