Responsibility
- Manage and process import documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers to facilitate timely and accurate shipments.
- Maintain and update supply chain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and submit reports on import activities, transit times, and operational performance.
- Liaise with internal departments, including procurement, finance, and operations, to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation or delivery schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain administration, import/export documentation, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus.
