Responsibility
- Manage and optimize drop shipment and import processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth cross-border logistics.
- Utilize AWS (Advanced Warehouse Systems) to streamline inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Implement VB$ (Value-Based Sourcing) strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, distributors, and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or import/export.
- Proven expertise in drop shipment coordination and international freight management.
- Familiarity with AWS, ERP systems, or other supply chain software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
