Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, routing, and delivery scheduling to ensure on-time performance.
- Manage warehouse activities, such as inventory control, stocktaking, and space utilization to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Operate company vehicles (Class 3 license required) for local deliveries, pickups, and site visits as needed.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., delivery times, cost savings, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local traffic laws during all operations.
- Resolve logistical challenges proactively, including delays, shortages, or transportation issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain workflows and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, or logistics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geographic regions and local transportation networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
