Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for services and indirect materials to support business operations and growth.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure cost-effective contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business needs.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly materials and services.
- Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and ethical sourcing principles.
