Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of dispatchers, drivers, and logistics personnel.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align dispatch activities with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle logs, and delivery documentation.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics, dispatch, or transportation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
