Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and logistics schedules.
- Track shipments and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and plan logistics activities accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
