Responsibility
- Manage and process high-volume purchase orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate international shipments, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics planning.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to resolve discrepancies, delays, or logistical issues.
- Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to track orders, inventory, and shipment statuses.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and delivery accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and import/export laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and finance, to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in order management and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, or import/export operations.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
