Responsibility
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of clinical supplies in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and kitting activities to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation using supply chain management systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Support audit preparations and maintain records for regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
- Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements in healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics is a plus.
