Responsibility
- Develop and implement advanced supply chain analytics models to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve demand forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align analytics insights with operational strategies.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key supply chain performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and propose data-driven solutions.
- Support the integration of new technologies (e.g., AI, IoT) to automate and enhance supply chain processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software (e.g., LLamasoft, JDA).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Certifications in SCM, Six Sigma, or APICS are a plus.
