Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs and business goals.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance to optimize terms and conditions.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics and fleet operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain management.
- Prepare and present reports on supplier performance, procurement activities, and market insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
