Responsibility
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including production line monitoring and process optimization.
- Support logistics and supply chain teams in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project execution and meet production deadlines.
- Document and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, logistics, and quality control.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Basic understanding of production planning, quality control, or inventory management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
