Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Analyze supplier performance data and provide actionable insights to improve quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including supplier quality agreements, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in supplier selection and qualification processes to ensure alignment with company quality objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and operational excellence.
- Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
- Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
