Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring full compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic financial decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
