Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations related to palm oil trading, including documentation, contracts, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of trade transactions.
- Monitor and report on trading activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Liaise with external partners, including suppliers, buyers, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate trade processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on trading performance, market trends, and administrative metrics.
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies or issues arising in trade documentation or execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade administration, preferably in agribusiness or commodity trading.
- Strong understanding of palm oil trading processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; experience with trading software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
