We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Supervisor Penyelia Halal to join our quality assurance team in Sawah Besar, Jakarta.
In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our Halal integrity, ensuring that every stage of our production process adheres strictly to the standards set by LPPOM MUI and BPJPH. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of the Halal Assurance System (HAS/SJPH), conduct internal audits, and serve as the primary liaison between our company and Halal authorities. Responsibility
- Lead and maintain the implementation of the Halal Assurance System (SJPH) across all production lines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all raw materials, additives, and processing aids meet Halal requirements.
- Conduct regular internal Halal audits and prepare comprehensive reports for management and external auditors.
- Manage the Halal certification process, including document preparation and communication with LPPOM MUI and BPJPH.
- Provide training and regular briefings to employees regarding Halal compliance procedures.
- Oversee the procurement process to ensure no non-Halal materials enter the supply chain.
- Monitor and evaluate product traceability to maintain consistent compliance with national Halal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Halal Supervisor/Penyelia Halal, preferably in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
- Possess a valid certificate as a trained Halal Supervisor (Penyelia Halal).
- Deep understanding of SJPH (Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal) and current Indonesian Halal regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex documentation.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and train cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using the SIHALAL system and Microsoft Office suite.
