Responsibility
- Perform high-quality laboratory examinations in hematology, clinical chemistry, serology, and urinalysis.
- Analyze feces, body fluids, and other biological specimens with strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper collection, handling, and labeling of all patient specimens to maintain sample integrity.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on sophisticated laboratory instrumentation.
- Document all test results accurately within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Monitor quality control (QC) metrics to ensure the precision and reliability of diagnostic data.
- Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to communicate urgent findings promptly.
- Maintain a sterile, organized, and safe laboratory environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology (Analis Kesehatan).
- Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong technical proficiency in hematology, chemistry, and serology analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure in a high-volume hospital environment.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
