Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze daily operational data to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for Salon CBD Professional & Miranda operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branch efficiency.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflows and operational compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports regarding administrative activities.
- Manage inventory records and reconcile data discrepancies to prevent loss.
- Assist in the implementation of new administrative processes to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the beauty or retail industry is considered a significant advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Taman Palem, Jakarta Barat.
