Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, manage KOL partnerships, and drive impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact KOLs across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, and partnerships with KOLs to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and PR teams to integrate KOL initiatives into broader campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to innovate KOL strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in KOL outreach, content creation, and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all KOL collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing KOL campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain KOL relationships.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
