Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal online community to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to refine strategies.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, or growth strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic graphic design is advantageous.
