You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and build long-term relationships with key business partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition in the lubricants industry.
- Identify and target key business clients, including distributors, industrial partners, and commercial enterprises.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
- Prepare and present marketing reports, including ROI analysis and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the lubricants, industrial, or chemical sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media, SEO).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
