Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Execute sales activation campaigns across retail, corporate, and digital channels to meet KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking sessions in Bali’s key business hubs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing (internships count!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for campaigns and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
